Is PropOffer really free for buyers?
Yes, always. Buyers post requirements, browse listings, and contact sellers completely free. There is no trial period or hidden fee. PropOffer is free for buyers permanently — that's a core part of how the platform works.
Do I need an agent to sell on PropOffer?
No. PropOffer connects you directly with buyers. No agent required, no commission payable. You handle negotiations and settlement directly — typically with the help of a conveyancer, which we can connect you with through our services directory.
How long does my listing stay live?
Listings are live for 60 days from the date of approval. If your property hasn't sold, you can relist at the same price. We're working on automatic renewal options.
What happens if my listing is rejected?
Our team reviews every listing within 24 hours (same day for Featured). If we reject your listing — for example due to incomplete information or a concern about ownership — we will email you explaining why and issue a full refund.
Can I edit my listing after it's live?
Not directly yet — but email hello@propoffer.com.au and we'll update it for you within a few hours. We're building self-serve editing into the account page.
What does "no commission" actually mean?
When a buyer contacts you through PropOffer and you sell your property, PropOffer takes nothing from the sale. The $49 or $99 listing fee is the total you pay us. Everything else stays with you.
